Dr. Shama Regmi is a California licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) who specializes in treating various acute and chronic conditions by utilizing Naturopathic medicine modalities such as herbal medicine, homeopathy, IV therapy, individualized diet and nutrition therapy, and mindfulness relaxation techniques in guiding the body back to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual alignment. Within her scope as a primary care doctor, she has a special interest in integrative mental health, gastrointestinal conditions, autoimmune diseases, and endocrinology with a focus in treating diabetes, thyroid issues, metabolic syndrome, and adrenal health. She received her B.S. in Environmental Sciences and Agronomy from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and pursued her Doctorate from National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon.
